has more than 10 years' experience in structural sibration control, earthquake resistance of engineering structures, and particle damping technology.The studies he has carried out focus on developing the particle damping-based new dissipative devices and corresponding fundamental applications.He was the director of two projects subsidized by the Natural Science Foundation of China.He received the Shanghai "Chen Guang" project, which is a Talent Scheme for young scholars under the age of 30.He has published more than 50 first-authored or corresponding-authored SCI-indexed papers, which have received high acclaim.His H-index is 11 in Web of Science.He has published review papers pertaining to nonlinear dissipative dampers in two high-quality SCI indexed journals, namely, Structural Control and Health Monitoring and the Journal of Sound and Vibration.
