Abstract
La corrupcion es una variable economica tan importante como puedan serlo la inflacion o la inversion. Por eso es digno de elogio el intento de medirla que lleva a cabo desde hace algunos anos Transparencia Internacional, un organismo independiente no gubernamental, mediante una encuesta realizada a cuadros superiores de grandes empresas, bancos y camaras de comercio sobre 90 paises. Nigeria, en ultimo lugar, tiene el triste privilegio de ser el pais mas corrupto, aunque Rusia (en el puesto 83) y Ucrania (88) le van a la zaga. Espana (20) y Francia (21) ocupan un discreto lugar intermedio, por delante de Israel, Japon o Italia. Los puestos de cabeza los ocupan Finlandia, Dinamarca, Nueva Zelanda, Suecia y Canada. ?Como consiguen ser tan honrados? □
