Faisant suite aux 8es Rencontres Internationales de la Recherche en Logistique, qui se sont tenues à Bordeaux en octobre 2010, la communauté francophone (mais aussi anglophone, Québec oblige !) des chercheurs en logistique et SCM s’est retrouvée à Montréal, au cœur de l’été 2012, pour participer aux 9e RIRL.
