Abstract
À la suite de la fusion de ses différentes installations lors de la création des Centres Intégrés de santé et des Services sociaux (CISSS) et des Centres Intégrés Universitaire de Santé et de Services sociaux (CIUSSS) par l’Assemblée nationale du Québec en 2015, la Direction des soins infirmiers (DSI) du CIUSSS du Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean (SLSJ) a réalisé que le rehaussement, le développement professionnel infirmier et la qualité des services dans toutes ses installations devaient être harmonisés.
