Abstract
Este trabalho tem como objetivo investigar as formas de resistência ao que Pelbart (2013) chamou de capitalismo conexionista. Estas, apesar da opressão, são metaforicamente encontrados como vaga-lumes, Didi-Huberman, (2011), mantendo-se brilhantes por meio da atividade artesanal. Além disso, são observadas as linhas de fuga e os modos de existência e produção que promovem cooperação e associações contra o neoliberalismo Dardot Laval, (2017). Assim, utilizamos os artesãos de barro de Alto do Moura, Caruaru (PE) como unidade de análise. Como metodologia, utilizamos um estudo de caso, tradicional em estudos qualitativos, para coleta de dados (observação participante, questionário estruturado e grupos de discussão). Como conclusão para estudos organizacionais, são apresentadas novas oportunidades de pesquisa e a disseminação de uma comunidade e sua arte.
