Abstract
Cet article analyse les rapports au droit et à la justice des parents LGBTQ+ vivant au Québec, tels qu'ils se nouent au moment des séparations conjugales. Il souligne que la porté et les limites de la politique d'inclusion vis à vis de ces parents, engagés depuis le début des années 2000 dans cette province canadienne.
