Abstract
心筋血流SPECTの解析ソフトウェアとして，これまで多数の解析ソフトウェアが開発されているが，cardioREPOは虚血評価の診断支援ソフトウェアとして人工知能の１つである人工ニューラルネットワーク(artificial neural network：ANN)を用いて総合的に虚血の有無を判定(ANN判定)することができるという大きな特徴をもつ。今回ANN判定は安静/負荷心筋SPECT読影の支援ソフトウェアとして読影精度向上に寄与するか否かを検討した。診療放射線技師，初期臨床研修医の読影においてANN判定は熟練した読影医の読影結果に近い虚血判定が可能であり，読影支援に有効であることが示唆された。
