Abstract
Pengabdian masyarakat Program Kemitraan Wilayah dilaksanakan di kecamatan Panjang terdiri dari 8 kelurahan, merupakan wilayah kerja puskesmas Panjang kota Bandar Lampung. Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah (RPJMD) kecamatan Panjang tahun 2015-2019 tantangan utamanya adalah pelaksanaan wajib belajar, sarana dan prasarana sekolah, rendahnya kualitas kesehatan penduduk, tingginya angka penemuan kasus penyakit menular. Puskesmas Panjang dengan temuan kasus tertinggi dari 30 puskesmas kota Bandar Lampung, dengan CDR ( case detection rate) 491, jumlah penemuan kasus 110 orang dengan cakupan penemuan kasus tuberkulosis 22%, (Dinkes kota Bandar Lampung,2018). rendahnya cakupan rumah sehat mencapai 64,2%. Tingkat penularan penderita Tuberkulosis 65% (Pedoman nasional pengendalian Tuberkulosis, 2014) Anggota keluarga penderita Tuberkulosis, memiliki risiko tinggi untuk tertular penyakit Tuberkulosis. Dilakukan pengabdian masyarakat dalam bentuk pelatihan kader posyandu, pengambilan dan pemeriksaan dahak/sputum mikroskopis pada anggota keluarga penderita Tuberkulosis, pemeriksaan rumah penderita, penyuluhan kepada keluarga penderita, tentang penyakit Tuberkulosis, cara penularan dan cara pencegahannya, rumah yang memenuhi syarat kesehatan. Hasil pemeriksaan sputum berjumlah 109, 100 % negatif (-). Hasil pemeriksaan rumah yang diperiksa 44, Memenuhi syarat dan tidak memenuhi syarat ketersediaan air bersih 72,7% dan 27,3%, tempat pembuangan sampah 72,7% dan 27,3%, ukuran ventilasi rumah 51,2% dan 48,8%, kelembaban udara rumah 84,1% dan 15,9%, lantai rumah 100% dan 0% ketersediaan jamban 97,7% dan 2,27%. Kesimpulan tidak ditemukan penderita Tuberkulosis baru dari keluarga penderita.
