Autorgulation de l'apprentissage professionnel et pratiques d'enseignement : intersections considrer pour le dveloppement professionnel des enseignants Formation et profession 29(2) 2021 1 sum Cette recherche dcrit l'autorgulation de l'apprentissage d' enseignants en exercice au cours du dveloppement d'une comptence professionnelle. Une recherche descriptive, ralise sous la forme d'une tude de cas multiples, a t effectue par le biais d' entrevues, de sances d' observation, d' entretiens d' explicitation et d'artefacts. Une analyse qualitative des donnes par thorisation ancre a t effectue avec NVivo. La recherche a permis de dgager quatre intersections entre les phases des pratiques d' enseignement et de l'autorgulation de l'apprentissage qui offrent des avenues considrer pour le dveloppement professionnel.
