Abstract
L’article est un récit des supervisions menées depuis 2016 avec des étudiants-es suisses en stage dans des structures d’hébergement d’enfants/adolescents en difficulté au Sénégal. L’objectif est de partager ces expériences afin de mettre en lumière le partenariat entre écoles de formation en travail social et le contexte des stages internationaux. L’approche utilisée est inductive, dans le style d’une chronique avec des récits chronologiques des supervisions. L’article aboutit sur différentes pistes de réflexion évaluant l’importance de la supervision dans le développement professionnel des étudiants-es et d’une approche collaborative entre les différents-es acteurs-trices. L’enjeu est une amélioration de l’accompagnement de stage, une meilleure collaboration entre professionnels-les sénégalais-es et suisses et l’élargissement du partenariat entre institutions de formation en travail social.
