Abstract

A partir de uma pesquisa teórica, este artigo procura demonstrar a influência das transformações de uma sociedade líquida que caracteriza a pós-modernidade sobre a formação da personalidade, o comportamento de alunos e professores. O texto apoia-se no contributo do pensamento de Bauman, sobre a sociedade líquida, onde se vive a dissolução de seus valores, que antes manifestavam uma solidez diante dos referenciais, principalmente voltados para a educação, e hoje se apresentam de modo ambíguo. Nesse sentido, o estudo tem como objetivo analisar e refletir sobre os impactos desse mundo líquido sobre os processos educativos de formação da personalidade, do aluno e da ação de professores. Concluiu-se que diante de uma sociedade que desafia padrões estáveis para direcionar um caminhar pautado em crenças mais esperançosas com perspectiva de futuro, torna-se necessário repostas que consigam fluir de uma liquefação para uma plasticidade capaz de resgatar valores e inovar as formas de ação que possam garantir um processo educativo eficaz.
