HUBUNGAN LAMA DUDUK DAN STRES KERJA DENGAN LOW BACK PAIN PADA KARYAWAN BANK DI KOTA ATAMBUA

Abstract
Low back pain sering diabaikan tetapi sangat mengkhawatirkan karena bisa menurunkan produktivitas seorang pekerja termasuk pekerja sektor formal seperti karyawan bank. Menurut Kumar (2015) gangguan muskuloskeletal yang paling banyak dialami karyawan bank adalah LBP. Faktor risiko LBP yang sering ditemui adalah lama duduk dan stres kerja. Pekerjaan yang banyak dan tuntutan yang besar untuk menyelesaikan tugas-tugas tepat waktu mengharuskan karyawan bank duduk dalam waktu lama sekitar 7-8 jam perhari. Selain itu, kebiasaan ini terjadi setiap hari, jika tuntutan pekerjaan lebih besar dari kemampuan karyawan untuk bekerja, maka akan memicu stres kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis hubungan antara lama duduk dan stres kerja dengan low back pain pada karyawan bank di Kota Atambua. Metode yang gunakan desain penelitian analitik cross sectional dengan menggunakan data primer melalui kuesioner. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Karyawan Bank BRI, NTT, Mandiri Cabang Kota Atambua. Metode yang digunakan adalah cluster sampling sehingga menghasilkan 50 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan SPSS versi 20. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan hasil bahwa dari 2 variabel dependen yang dianalisis tidak berhubungan erat dengan kejadian low back pain yaitu lama duduk p=1,000 (p>0,05)dan stres kerja p=0,827 (p>0,05). Kesimpulan penelitian ini tidak didapatkan hubungan yang bermakna antara lama duduk dan stres kerja dengan low back pain pada karyawan bank di kota Atambua.
