Russian abstract: Обозначены проблемные точки претензионно-исковой работы фонда «Региональный оператор капитального ремонта общего имущества в многоквартирных домах Челябинской области». Оценены ее перспективы в контексте данных о собираемости взносов собственников за 2019 и в первом квартале 2020 г. English abstract: The article was prepared on the materials of the Chelyabinsk region. It describes the problem points of the claim-actionable work of the Regional operator of capital repairs of common property in apartment buildings. The article also assessed data on the collection of owner's contributions on the period of 2019 and the first quarter of 2020.
