Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Small and medium-sized enterprises are the heart of modern world economy. By beginning the industrialization wave and development of countries, the competition was formed for creating big industries and mass and equal production and in the first three-quarters of the twentieth century reached its peak. But in the last quarter of the century, a new concept evolved the equations of development and progression. “Small is Beautiful”. The last decade of 20th century has observed the rising up of technology and achievement and offering services. A new wave of transformation has been started, small and medium-sized enterprises are in the spotlight of advanced countries planners. Researchers and graduates of universities were absorbed to small specialized enterprises that are counted as the main factor of technology development. Inside the small and medium-sized enterprises, research and innovations have been flown. Whatever interconnected gigantic structure of the big institutes couldn’t create in itself, has been created within laboratories with little facilities but advanced technology and high knowledge of entrepreneurs and specialists of small and medium-sized enterprises.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
