Abstract
インプラントオーバーデンチャー（IOD）は，McGillコンセンサスとYorkコンセンサスが発表された前後の2000年以降から急激にエビデンスが積み上げられてきた分野である．IODといってもバリエーションがあり，すでに確立された技術である下顎2-IODを始め，1-IOD，ミニインプラントを利用したミニIOD，アタッチメントの種類によってもさまざまである．また，上顎に対する上顎IODや部分欠損症例に対するImplant assisted removable partial denture (IARPD) の臨床応用も増加している．本稿では2000年以降の臨床研究を中心とした約200本の文献から，以下の項目に沿ってIODとIARPDに関する最新エビデンスを紹介し，現在までにわかっていることについてまとめたい．
