Abstract
I artiklen analyseres de nyligt offentliggjorte danske »Anbefalinger for god Fondsledelse« udstedt af Komitéen for god Fondsledelse og implikationerne af disse. Anbefalingerne omfatter knap 1400 erhvervsdrivende fonde og de berørte fonde skal forholde sig til dem fra og med regnskabsåret 2015 ved enten at følge dem eller forklare hvorfor de ikke følges.
