Abstract
希少がんである褐色細胞腫・パラガングリオーマ(PPGL)に対して，これまでCVD化学療法が選択されることが多かったが，近年では131I-MIBG内照射療法への関心が高まっており，「褐色細胞腫・パラガングリオーマ診療ガイドライン2018」の診療アルゴリズムでは悪性PPGLの治療選択肢として国内未承認でありながら記載されている。また診断や褐色細胞腫・PPGLの診断や131I-MIBG内照射の適応判定では123I-MIBGシンチグラフィが重要な役割を果たしている。国内でこれらの診断・治療を実施する施設は限られているなか，20年以上前から先駆的に取り組んできた金沢大学医薬保健研究域医学系核医学教授の絹谷清剛先生に，現状と今後の展望について聞いた。
