Abstract
足部は2 8 個の骨から形成され，Chopart関節(横足根関節)，Lisfranc関節(足根中足関節)によって大きく前足部，中足部，後足部の３つに分かれ，さらにそれぞれの部位に複数の関節が存在する(図１)。単一関節に変形性関節症(osteoarthritis：OA)が発生して問題を起こすこともあるが，隣接関節，さらには足部全体の変形につながるOAもあり，足部・足関節におけるOAの病態把握には解剖学的な知識も重要となる。 本稿では，前記３つのパートのなかから比較的頻度の高い，足関節(距腿関節)，Lisfranc関節，母趾中足趾節関節(MTP関節)に発生するOAに注目し，発生要因や病態を解剖学的な視点を交えつつ解説する。さらに，診断，治療についても，治療適応を判断する上で重要となる診断のポイント，また近年注目されている関節機能温存を目指した手術療法を中心に紹介する。
