Abstract

본 논문은 실내 공간에서 고령자의 이동 편의성 및 일상생활기능을 돕는 실내 이승 및 이동 기기를 개발하였고, 실내 이승 및 이동기기에 대한 사용성 평가를 통해 개선방안을 도출하고자 하였다. 사용성 평가는 60세 이상 고령자 20명 및 재활의학, 노인복지, 의료기기 관련 전문가 15명을 대상으로 진행하였다. 사용성 평가 항목은 Quest2.0(Quebec User Evaluation of Satisfaction with Assistive Technology)과 유니버설디자인의 PPP(Product Performance Program)평가에서 도출하였으며, 신뢰도 검증을 위해 Cronbach Alpha 통계분석을 실시하였다. 사용성 평가에서 도출된 개선방안은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 하중을 지지해야하는 기기의 특성과 실제 거주공간을 고려하여 기기의 규격에 대한 재설계가 필요하다. 둘째, 주행 시와 승하차 시 발생할 수 있는 안전성 문제를 해결하기 위한 시트부의 구조 개선과 승하강 시 안전성을 위해 최소와 최대 높이에서는 주행이 불가능하도록 설계가 필요하다. 셋째, 경고음이나 경고등을 이용한 시청각신호 알람 기능이 추가로 정보전달에 대한 개선이 필요하다. 마지막으로 구동조작부의 크기를 늘리고 승하강 조절 버튼 및 주행조절 조이스틱을 분리하여 사용자들의 오조작을 방지하도록 구조 개선을 해야 한다. 본 연구에서 도출된 개선방안을 토대로 보완된 제품을 통해 거동이 불편한 고령자가 스스로 실내에서 일상생활기능을 수행할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
