De forma general, las cuestiones sobre el ordenamiento jur�dico cubano y los elementos que lo estructuran o jerarquizan no han sido lo sufi cientemente estudiados.
 Esta puede estar dado, prima facie, por otras cuestiones, quiz�s mas acuciantes en cuanto a tem�ticas de investigaci�n jur�dica; en lo personal, creo que no siempre ha sido as�. En las l�neas que soportan el presente trabajo, hemos pretendido hacer una breve referencia al tema de las fuentes del Derecho en Cuba, a partir de presupuestos generalmente admitidos en la doctrina internacional, arribando a nuestro criterio, a conclusiones claves para una certera comprensi�n de dicho ordenamiento, lo que implica la no-existencia de un
 reconocimiento normativo en cuanto a las fuentes del Derecho en Cuba.
