Abstract
Introduction: La fistule ouraquienne (FO) ou fistule ombilico-vésicale résulte d’un défaut d’oblitération totale du canalallantoïdien au cinquième mois de gestation. Il en découle un écoulement d’urines plus ou moins permanent par l’ombilicaprès la naissance. Cet écoulement est d’autant plus important que la pathologie est associée à une obstruction du bas appareil urinaire.Observation: Nous rapportons une observation de FO associée à des valves de l’urètre postérieur chez un garçon de 8 mois ayant une symptomatologie particulière et nous discuterons de l’impact d’une telle association sur la fonction rénale.Conclusion: L’association de pathologies peut avoir parfois un impact bénéfique.
