Abstract
Human recourses, examined in this paper in relation to their number activity, sex, age and education structure, are very significant development factor in agriculture and a national economy as a whole. Labour force is the most important agricultural input and a key element of product factors combination because it is the moving factor in land and capital exploitation’. In Serbia, share of agricultural working population in total working population has been traditionally above related indicator in developed countries like Australia, EU, Canada, USA, etc. But, in last decade, that is a result of some different movements of agricultural population in rural area – high rate of depopulation, on one side, and high rate of old population contingency activity in agriculture, on the other side.
