Abstract
Rye is a cereal crop belonging to Secale of the family of Gramineae with the Latin name as Secale cereale L., which is a staple ingredient in bread for European people, especially in the middle ages. Compared to wheat and barley, which obtained higher quality genomic data for genome-wide sequencing, genomic sequencing of rye has progressed slowly. Recently, a number of scientific research units such as the Technical University of Munich have used a genome-wide shotgun sequencing method to assemble a full-length 7.9 Gbp winter rye inbred line Lo7 genome and to construct a whole-genome draft sequence with a total length of 2.8 Gbp. Based on the homology of genome draft, this genome assembly predicted 27 784 rye gene models. By resequencing 10 rye inbred lines and a wild rye variety Secale vavilovii , 8 626 622 single nucleotide variants (SNV) were found. Based on these variant markers, the researchers developed a high-density Rye600k genotyping array containing 600 843 markers to characterize the diversity of rye breeding pools and genetic resources.
Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Full frame distilled prediction
Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
