Abstract
With rapid development of automotive industry,the quantity of the world's used tire has increased year by year,and a sever eblack pollution is formed.To resolve the resulting environmental problems,some developed countries have embarked on legal system,established management system according to marketing rule.The management systems of reclaiming and recycling used tires in United States,Canada,EU,Japan,and other countries and regions were introduced.The correlative recovery chains and management methods,as well as the industry preferential policies issued by the local government were described.Current situation and intending trend of used tire recovery in China were briefly presented.
