Abstract
Plusieurs evenements recents ont replace la justice au coeur des debats notamment en ce qui concerne les transformations necessaires pour son accessibilite. La solution de sa transformation numerique semble acquise alors que les contours de celle-ci ne sont pas encore clairement definis. Mais que recouvre une telle transformation ? Doit-on la soutenir ou en avoir peur ? Dans cette contribution, nous tenterons de repondre a ces questionnements suivant une triple demarche : la premiere identifie les manifestations reelles – actuelles – de cette transformation alors la deuxieme avise sur les risques de derapage et la troisieme, sur les garde-fous necessaires pour une saine transformation numerique de la justice.
