Abstract
Wiscutie-Crépeau Candidate au doctorat à la Faculté d'éducation de l'Université d'Ottawa 1Le but de cet article consiste à porter un regard sur l'éducation autochtone au Québec, depuis la scolarisation obligatoire jusqu' à la mise en place d'un système éducatif au sein des communautés.Nous survolerons l' organisation scolaire autochtone (primaire et secondaire) au Québec, notamment la place et le statut des langues autochtones dans le programme du ministère de l'Éducation.À la suite de notre analyse, nous mettrons en exergue certains enjeux et défis en éducation, et proposerons des pistes d' avenir dans une perspective de décolonisation et de réconciliation et en prenant appui sur certains principes fondateurs en éducation autochtone.
