Abstract
OBJECTIVE: Scrotal degloving injuries are rare and constitute a challenge for reconstructive surgeons. The authors describe their successful experience with a combined reconstruction protocol using an acellular dermal matrix (ADM), negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT) and a split-thickness skin graft (STSG), and the retrospective assessment of overall morbidity and esthetic outcomes. METHODS: , and STSG. The efficacy of this treatment was determined by assessing overall morbidity and esthetic outcomes with the Vancouver Scar Scale (VSS). RESULTS: The combined protocol made it possible to create an environment that promoted wound healing, improved graft intake, and gage the reconstructed site a more natural look. No significant problems were observed. Satisfactory cosmetic and functional results were obtained in all patients as shown by VSS scores obtained. CONCLUSIONS: We believe that this combined protocol is a reliable alternative to flaps and should be considered an excellent option in scrotal reconstruction, especially in critical patients.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from it
