Les decisions rendues au Canada en 2020 illustrent les limites du soutien qu’il est permis d’attendre des tribunaux en matiere d’atteinte au secret commercial. L’analyse se consacre particulierement a quatre d’entre elles, prononcees dans des dossiers divers : une demande d’ordonnance de type Norwich visant Costco Wholesale Canada Ltd, une demande de communication d’un contrat conclu sans appel d’offres public par le ministere des Transports du Quebec, une ordonnance de sauvegarde pour valoir contre un ex-employe et les entreprises au sein desquelles il exerce maintenant ses activites, puis le plus recent chapitre de la saga Equustek, qui confirme maintes atteintes aux droits de l’entreprise britanno-colombienne.
