Abstract
Cette étude s’intéresse aux dilemmes moraux de gestionnaires féminins qui occupent la fonction de directrice générale de commission scolaire. À partir d’une analyse éthique, nous avons demandé à cinq femmes de nous parler de situations représentant des dilemmes moraux au cours de leur travail. Ces femmes nous ont parlé de problèmes complexes et de la démarche utilisée pour tenter de résoudre la situation. Elles nous ont ouvert ainsi la porte à l’exercice de leur leadership. Nos résultats ont permis de découvrir que les cinq directrices générales ont un leadership proche de préoccupations morales. Elles n’utilisent pas l’éthique comme un instrument de pouvoir idéologique et de commandement mais comme une ressource qui les aide à nourrir leur jugement moral et à maintenir des rapports harmonieux avec les autres.
