Abstract
Cet article cherche à monter en quoi la tradition de l’analyse ergonomique du travail offre un cadre pour des recherches participatives à visée transformative. On illustre cette proposition par le récit d’une intervention auprès de formateurs d’enseignants. Cette recherche menée en collaboration avec les acteurs a été marquée par un déplacement. Initialement, elle avait pour objet la transformation des pratiques de formation de ce groupe. L’intervention a cependant pris acte au fur et à mesure de la richesse de l’expertise développée par le collectif de travail. L’objet final a donc été d’expliciter et de faire reconnaître cette expérience collective de manière à agir sur l’organisation du travail. Elle a aussi conduit le chercheur et les formateurs à s’interroger sur les « mots du métier » de manière à rendre communicable l’expérience professionnelle de la formation. Ce faisant, nous sommes du même coup amenés à proposer des développements de la méthodologie et des concepts de l’intervention.
