Abstract
Cet article présente les résultats d’une recherche qualitative qui porte sur la construction de l’identité professionnelle de chefs d’établissements scolaires travaillant en milieu minoritaire francophone au Nouveau-Brunswick. Dans une visée exploratoire, nous décrivons les rapports que les directeurs et les directrices d’établissements scolaires entretiennent avec leurs collègues (enseignants et enseignantes et chefs d’établissements scolaires), leur association, leur employeur, leurs élèves et leur travail.
