Abstract
Martine Desjardins présente une oeuvre unique en son genre. Avec une plume extrêmement travaillée, elle inscrit le personnage au coeur de structures narratives complexes et d’un gothique métissé teinté d’humour. Son oeuvre établit une cartographie de vices et de pouvoirs contre lesquels le personnage, sujet nomade, oppose sa vengeance. Après nous être intéressée au travail formel et générique, nous examinerons les lieux de tension (la famille, la femme, le pouvoir et les vices) et la colère qu’ils engendrent.
