Abstract
In this paper, a zeroth-order resonator (ZOR) antenna fed by a printed ridge gap waveguide (PRGW) is reported for 5G/6G applications in millimeter-wave bands. A zeroth-order resonance (ZOR) order technique with omnidirectional pattern feature is incorporated into a slot antenna to increase the coverage area of the slot antenna with high gain and directive pattern. The proposed antenna supports a high radiation efficiency and stable high coverage directional gain characteristic.
