Abstract
COVID-19の診断には,鼻咽頭ぬぐい液または喀痰を用いたPCR検査が行われているが,結果を得るために長時間を要する。また無症状患者へのワクチン治療は既に抗体を有している場合は無用であるばかりでなく,副反応を引き起こす可能性が示唆されている。簡易的で迅速なCOVID-19検査法の確立は急務である。今回我々はPrometheus Bio社のイムノクロマト(ICT)診断キットを用いて,健常者ならびにCOVID-19患者血清を用いた精度検討を行ったので報告する。
