Abstract
The article presents a new concept of the medium-term economic program "Growth for all". The concept is based on analysis of business conditions, macroeconomic situation in Russia and SWOT analysis, aimed to achieve the goal of increasing standards of living and formation of a stable middle class. In order to assess current macroeconomic situation in Russia the authors analyze data on Russia’s GDP, real disposable income, the number of jobs, the number of poor and the return on assets of Russian enterprises, and also made comparisons for a number of developed and developing economies. In order to form the methodology of the medium-term economic program "Growth for all" researchers analyze methodology of the Growth Strategies in Great Britain, Germany, Canada and France. As a result the article has proposed system-wide measures and program priorities.
