Cet article discute des origines des troubles des conduites et des vulnérabilités à l’adolescence en mettant en lien ceux-ci avec la prégnance de traumatismes relationnels précoces qui vont interférer dans la construction de la capacité de mentalisation et les processus d’appropriation subjective. À l’adolescence, ces traumas d’origine hétérogène sur un plan psychique, se retrouvent sous la forme de tendances traumatophiliques. Outre la nécessité de considérer l’adolescent dans ses niveaux de fonctionnements ou capacité de mentalisation, les auteurs soulignent l’importance d’un dispositif de soins qui prenne en compte les origines hétérogènes du trauma, c’est-à-dire les conflits internes chez l’adolescent mais aussi les violences intersubjectives, voire transubjectives liées à l’environnement.
