Abstract
The paper includes the points prepared for the discussion at the 60th annual ISA Convention (Toronto, March 27-30, 2019). The author pays attention to the three aspects of the international uncertainty that could be useful. These aspects fall into the framework of the political psychology and political behavior studies and describe the uncertainty as a mental phenomenon.
