En esta oportunidad me gustaria reflexionar acerca del concepto de justicia. En un congreso de filosofia practica, lo mas que tenemos como propio es la filosofia politica, en la cual la busqueda de la justicia es la finalidad principal. Se le podran poner otros nombres, como utopia, sociedad ideal, etc., pero lo que tiene como peculiar el politico es la busqueda del bien comun de la sociedad. Y este se resume en el logro de la justicia. La justicia se da al nivel del derecho, pero este suele subsumirse en la filosofia politica, desde Aristoteles, pues el mismo decia que el derecho depende de la perspectiva politica que se asuma. Y es algo que ha vuelto a aceptarse recientemente. Por eso resulta conveniente reflexionar continuamente sobre este asunto.
