Abstract
هدف:بی ثباتی مچ پا یکی از شایع ترین عوارض ناتوان کننده پیچ خوردگی حاد مچ پا است که غالبا به دور ماندن ورزشکار از فعالیت های ورزشی منجر می شود. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثر 4 هفته تمرینات ثبات مرکزی بر برخی متغیرهای کینماتیکی اندام تحتانی ورزشکاران دارای بیثباتی عملکردی مچ پا در حین تکلیف افت-فرود تک پا بود.روش بررسی:در این تحقیق نیمه تجربی تعداد 24 ورزشکار مبتلا به بیثباتی عملکردی مچ پا در دو گروه تجربی (12 نفر) و گروه کنترل (12 نفر) تقسیم شدند و 4 هفته تمرینات ثبات مرکزی را انجام دادند . ارزیابی حرکت افت-فرود با پای دارای بیثباتی عملکردی، با استفاده از سیستم آنالیز حرکت وایکان (Vicon) با فرکانس 240 هرتز ثبت شد. حرکات ثبت شده به وسیله نرمافزار Nexus ورژن 6/2 تحلیل شد. زوایای ران، زانو و مچ پا در صفحه سهمی استخراج شد. در نهایت دو گروه توسط آزمون آماری تحلیل واریانس با اندازه گیری مکرر و آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی مقایسه شدند (0/05≥p).یافته ها:نتایج تفاوت معنی داری در زاویه مچ پا پس از 4 هفته تمرین نشان نداد (0/05≤p). اما در زوایای ران و زانو و همچنین نمره استقامت تنه مک گیل (McGill) تفاوت معنی داری از پیش آزمون تا پس آزمون یافت شد (0/05≥p).نتیجه گیری:نتایج نشان داد 4 هفته تمرینات ثبات مرکزی موجب بهبود کینماتیک فرود در افراد دارای بی ثباتی عملکردی مچ پا شد، به نظر می رسد می توان از این تمرینات به عنوان روشی برای جلوگیری از پیچخوردگی مجدد مچ پا استفاده کرد.
