Abstract
يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على دور مدير المدرسة الابتدائية بمصر في زيادة وعى المعلم للتوصيف الوظيفي لمهنته, مع استعراض خبرة کندا والولايات المتحدة في هذا المجال, واعتمدت الباحثة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي, مع إعداد استبانه للتعرف على دور مدير المدرسة الابتدائية في زيادة وعى المعلم للتوصيف الوظيفي لمهنته, ومدى وعى المعلمين أنفسهم بأدوارهم في ضوء التوصيف الوظيفى لهم, وتوصل البحث إلى أن المدير يقوم ببذل جهد کبير لزيادة وعى معلم المرحلة الابتدائية في مصر للتوصيف الوظيفي لمهنته وتبعا لذلک تم وضع خطة مقترحة لزيادة فاعلية دور المدير في هذا المجال. The current research aims to know the role of primary school administrator in Egypt to increase the teachers awareness of their occupational description, also it presents Canadian and American experience in this field. The research depended on the descriptive analystical method, questionnaire aims to know the role of primary school administrator in Egypt to increase the teachers awareness of their occupational description, also to know the limit of teachers awareness of their roles in the light of the occupational description. It revealed that administrator makes all his efforts to increase the teachers awareness of their occupational description, the Asuggestion has been supposed to increase the effectiveness of the role of primary school administrator in the this field.
