Abstract

Formation et profession 29(3), 202 sum Nous prsentons les rsultats d'une recherche ralise auprs de futurs enseignants de Zurich (Suisse) et base sur une approche longitudinale comptant trois sessions de collecte de donnes. Pour ce faire, 153 tudiants d'une seule cohorte ont rpondu un questionnaire trois moments de leur formation : en premire, deuxime et troisime anne. L' outil EABest-K (Keller-Schneider, 2014) comporte 29 questions couvrant sept domaines d' exigences professionnelles values chacune sous trois angles par les tudiants : le degr de sollicitation d'une exigence, le sentiment de comptence vis--vis de cette exigence et la perception de sa pertinence. Nous concluons avec des pistes pour une recherche conscutive canado-suisse.
