Abstract
Myriam Perrier est une jeune femme en processus de relève du Groupe-conseil Perrier, fondé en 1986 par son père Gérald. L’entreprise a révolutionné les approches en gestion de la santé-sécurité au travail en axant ses interventions sur la formation des leaders. Depuis 2004, elle oeuvre à l’international à travers un réseau de partenaires expérimentés et elle est actuellement présente dans 60 pays. En 2019, madame Perrier a intégré l’actionnariat dans un processus de relève entrepreneuriale en tant que conseillère associée. Elle participe activement au développement de l’entreprise. Fière maman de quatre enfants et étudiante à la maitrise en gestion des organisations à l’UQAC, elle réussit à conjuguer sa vie personnelle et professionnelle.
