Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

In 1977, a briefcase was found in Geneva containing the correspondence exchanged between the Russian psychoanalyst Sabina Spielrein and several interlocutors, including Sigmund Freud and Carl Gustav Jung. With this, a part of the history of psychoanalysis hitherto forgotten became known. From then on, the interest in Spielrein increased.Several studies on their participation in the psychoanalytic movement were published, especially her relationship with C.G. Jung. The scandalous aspect of this story has attracted the attention of the film industry. In 2011, David Cronenberg takes the direction of the film A dangerous method. In this work we will discuss the treatment given to her by both the historians of psychoanalysis and the Canadian filmmaker. The fact that she was introduced sometimes as mad, sometimes merely as Jung's mistress, puts her extensive theoretical output in the background. We question the motivations of this type of treatment given to the author.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
