Abstract
Avec la seconde theorie des pulsions qui accompagne la deuxieme topique, Freud a pris en compte les enjeux humains concernant l’etre et la destructivite, depassant, sans la renier pour autant, la seule conflictualite sexuelle. La definition d’une pulsion de mort comme visant d’abord l’individu lui-meme, le changement de statut de l’Inconscient, qualite psychique et non plus instance dans la nouvelle metapsychologie ont ete une revolution. La pulsion de vie, qui federe l’Eros et l’autoconservation autrefois opposes, et la pulsion de mort ne font pas que se combattre. Elles sont intriquees en permanence dans la psyche a des degres variables et des situations de desintrication se produisent aussi. La nouvelle theorie pulsionnelle reinterprete aussi la nevrose. Quel est le role de la pulsion de mort dans l’economie nevrotique et son apport a l’antinarcissisme indispensable pour investir l’objet, pour aimer ? Bien que Winnicott ait refute la version kleinienne de la pulsion de mort, des convergences fructueuses avec Winnicott et Bion apparaissent si l’on prend en compte plus que ne l’avait fait Freud l’investissement par l’objet.
