Éléments pour une archéologie des politiques de professionnalisation : Le cas de l'enseignement agricole public en France Formation et profession 29(3) 2021 • 1 ésumé Le texte documente la chronologie du déploiement des politiques de professionnalisation au sein du système de l' enseignement agricole français, regroupant un peu plus de 200 établissements publics et près de 600 établissements privés.Il propose une archéologie de ces politiques, c' est-à-dire la mise au jour des périodes de leur déploiement.Le choix est de cibler l'analyse sur le discours officiel et institutionnel qui porte et impulse ces politiques (les textes de lois, les schémas prévisionnels et les circulaires et décrets).L'analyse permet de dégager trois périodes : une phase propédeutique, la professionnalisation de l' établissement et la professionnalisation des enseignants.
