Abstract
Penelitian ini merupakan explanatory research karena bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan mendapatkan penjelasan mengenai evaluasi penerapan Corporate Social Responsibility dalam pilar kesehatan pada divisi community development pada PT. X, Samarinda. Program yang akan diteliti adalah program corporate social responsibility dalam pilar kesehatan. PT. X memerlukan suatu pengukuran kinerja secara non financial untuk mengetahui sejauh mana keberhasilan dan kelemahan-kelemahan dari program corporate social responsibility dan untuk mengetahui apa sudah tercapai sesuai dengan target yang ditetapkan. Melalui pengukuran kinerja non financial, diharapkan PT. X dapat melakukan perencanaan, implementasi dan evaluasi atas pelaksanaan program corporate social responsibility yang dijalankan, serta hasil pengukuran dapat digunakan oleh perusahaan dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk keberlangsungan program di masa mendatang.
