Abstract
En se référant aux principes mécaniques, l’étude définit deux types de motricité : la motricité pendulaire aux agrès de préhension et la motricité acrobatique de voltige aux agrès d’impulsions. Dans les deux cas, la réalisation d’un élément gymnique se traduit par l’utilisation d’une énergie transmise à une posture identifiée. L’hypothèse formulée est qu’il est possible de rationaliser la programmation de l’activité gymnique en distinguant un nombre réduit de modalités de création d’énergie nécessaire à la mise en mouvement et en qualifiant un nombre restreint d’organisations posturales. Les tableaux proposés organisent la motricité (pendulaire ou acrobatique) à partir de postures fondamentales et de trois sources d’énergie.
