Traductions de la professionnalisation en formation l'enseignement : des difficults de mise en oeuvre aux pistes d'amlioration Formation et profession 29(3) 2021 1 sum Cet article dcrit une recherche-action mene pour dpasser la crise structurelle touchant une formation l' enseignement secondaire suisse au milieu des annes 2010. La dmarche a permis de dgager trois conditions, transfrables d'autres contextes, ayant permis de rendre l'alternance plus intgrative et de renforcer le caractre professionnalisant de la formation : 1) la collaboration des acteurs dans une structure clairement explicite; 2) le renforcement d'une contextualisation et d'une intgration des savoirs dans tous les espaces-temps de la formation;
