THEORETICAL PROCEDURE FOR URBAN RENEWAL PROGRAMME: AN AWARENESS CREATION IN NIGERIA
Bibliographic record
Abstract
The aim of the paper is to educate the general public, particularly the improvement area residents, on the theoretically prescribed procedure for the execution of urban renewal. This has became necessary because the executors of urban renewal in Nigeria have tended to implement urban renewal programmes without any identifiable procedure or modality thus making urban renewal programmes in Nigeria appear awesome, controversial and in most cases up-hole tasks. Data used for the write-up were gathered from secondary and primary sources such as interviews, observations, journals, textbooks, legal documents and official reports. The identified procedure ranges from identification of urban renewal area, involvement of citizens, surveys, resettlement plan, revitalization, draft plan, operative plan, relocation, urban renewal plan execution to bringing back the displaced households. It is concluded that urban renewal programme must religiously adopt this sequence and if this is done, urban renewal will become realizable, harmonious, less controversial and hitch-free to the satisfaction of all in Nigeria. Keywords : Urban renewal, theoretical procedure, redevelopment, rehabilitation, conservation, revitalization.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
