De nouveaux lieux d’innovation en France à travers la mutualisation de services

Abstract
Dans un contexte de croissance de l’économie immatérielle, on constate paradoxalement le développement de lieux physiques favorisant la coopération d’entreprises et de travailleurs. Se généralisent ainsi notamment des tiers-lieux, des espaces de coworking, des fab labs et des espaces physiques de mutualisation d’infrastructures et de services au profit d’entreprises. Leur création est suscitée par des collectivités territoriales à la recherche d’un renouvellement de leur politique de développement et par des clusters regroupant des entreprises. Notre étude présente neuf monographies de lieux d’innovation situés en France et caractérisés par la mise en place d’une offre de services (bureaux, accès à des infrastructures, matériel informatique, secrétariat commun, espaces de convivialité) dans un lieu physique au profit d’entreprises et d’individus.
